About MCYC

MAS Community & Youth Center (MCYC) opened on June 1st 2010 as a project of the MAS Sacramento Chapter. The Center is located at the heart of Elk Grove, off  Laguna Blvd, two minutes from Hwy 99, across the street from the Movie Theater on Big Horn Blvd. 

 At the beginning, it was planned as a youth center, then due to the demand of the Elk Grove Muslim community to have a place for prayers, MAS Board members took the advice of many brothers and sisters and changed the project to the MAS Community & Youth Center, to accommodate the need of Elk Grove Community.

        MCYC Mission: Founded by Muslim American Society of Sacramento Region, California in January of 2010, opened its new location in June of 2010. MAS Community & Youth Center, MCYC is committed to provide our community with spiritual, social, character education, and variety of youth activities.
